Individual Certification Refunds
Food Handler ($15)
Eligible within 90 days if course is not completed. No refund after completion/certificate issuance.
TABC ($20)
Eligible within 90 days if course is not completed. No refund after completion or TABC portal upload.
Bundle ($30)
Full refund if neither course started. Partial refund possible when one course remains unstarted.
Food Manager ($150 / $175)
Eligibility depends on cancellation timing, day of program, and exam status. No refund after exam administration.
Group, Enterprise, and SaaS
Group training and enterprise engagements follow timing-based cancellation schedules and may include non-refundable deposits. SaaS monthly/annual plans include a first-charge 30-day refund window; renewal charges outside that window are generally non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund
Submit requests in writing via www.serverapproved.com/contact/ with full name, account email, order/transaction ID, product, reason, and purchase date. Review responses typically arrive within 3-5 business days, and approved refunds are initiated back to the original payment method.
Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact ServerApproved first before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension/termination, dispute defense through Square/card networks, and recovery actions for chargeback-related costs where permitted.
