Welcome to ServerApproved Texas TABC Seller-Server Certification Program. This module introduces the training structure, LMS navigation, virtual and in-person class expectations, Texas alcohol service laws, certification requirements, exam process, and your responsibilities as a licensed seller-server in responsible alcohol service.

MODULE 1: TEXAS ALCOHOL LAWS AND LEGAL LIABILITY
This module explains Texas alcohol laws, legal definitions of intoxication, seller-server liability, and Dram Shop laws. Students learn how legal responsibility applies to alcohol service and how violations impact both the employee and the establishment.

MODULE 2: IDENTIFICATION AND AGE VERIFICATION
This module teaches how to properly verify identification, detect fake IDs, and confirm legal age before alcohol service. It builds accuracy in ID checking and prevents illegal alcohol sales.

MODULE 3: RECOGNIZING INTOXICATION
This module teaches how to identify physical and behavioral signs of intoxication and stages of alcohol impairment. This module trains students to identify signs of intoxication, understand alcohol effects on the body, and recognize unsafe customer behavior before over-service occurs.
